The assignment was to use a balloon (inflated or deflated) to create something. I first tried to stretch flat balloons into some sort of design, but couldn't figure out how to attach them - without making holes in them. So the next thought wa to decorate a balloon and "dress" it. Not too creative but a project done....let's move on!
