This project was to take a closer look, indoors or outdoors, for inspiration. The first is a close-up of the ground in an indoor potted plant. I liked the curled dry leaves and texture of the soil. The second is a close look at the patterns and veins of a leaf.
The third is the lichen and moss that is growing on my back deck. Looks kind of like flowers and foliage.
Next is a close view of a lava rock - very textural.
And, finally a close up of a friendly spider. I like his eyes and the delicate striping on his legs. Yeah, I got a little carried away on this photo opp!
